I approach coaching through the lens of alignment—body, soul, and spirit—because lasting change doesn’t come from addressing just one part of your life. It comes from bringing everything into agreement so you can move forward with clarity and steadiness. My faith shapes how I listen, how I ask questions, and how I guide—creating space for you to process honestly and move forward with intention.
Coaching creates an opportunity to take what’s been circling in your mind—often unexamined and unresolved—and bring it into the light where it can be seen clearly. Together, we’ll look at it from different angles as I guide the process—helping you uncover what’s been hidden, make sense of what’s been weighing on you, and move toward clarity and forward momentum.
I’m not here to tell you what you should do. You are the one living your life—you carry the context, the experiences, and the responsibility for your next steps. My role is to guide the process, not the outcome—to walk alongside you, ask the right questions, and help you recognize what’s already within you so you can move forward in a way that aligns with who you are and where you’re called to go.

Certification and credentials in Life Coaching are not technically required to operate in this business, but I feel a responsibility to be educated and accountable. The honest truth is that I didn't know which institution would give the better education, so I did both. I have my CCLC from CAM, an accredited program with the ICF. I also have my PLC from Light University, accredited by the AACC. I am committed to continuing to pursue higher levels of credentials through the ICF.
Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process that helps you gain clarity, align your life or leadership with what matters most, and take intentional steps forward. It’s about where you are now, where you want to go, and how to move there with purpose—strengthening your mindset, decision-making, and follow-through along the way.
Coaching is not the same as therapy. Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions and processing past trauma, while coaching is not clinical and does not provide medical or psychological treatment. If deeper therapeutic support is needed, I will always encourage you toward the right resource—because moving forward well starts with the right kind of support.
I’ve worked across a wide range of industries—including legal, accounting, healthcare, transportation, banking, manufacturing, and coaching—primarily in roles focused on operations, systems, and strategic planning. While each industry has its nuances, the core principles that create clarity, efficiency, and growth tend to overlap.
My primary focus now is supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs who are building something meaningful and want to function with greater clarity and alignment. Whether you’re just getting started or refining what already exists, I meet you where you are and help identify practical next steps forward. After an initial consultation, I’ll be honest about whether I’m the right fit—or help point you in the direction of someone who is.
